I would highly recommend KSN Construction for any type of home remodel project.  Leo is great to work with and his team is amazing.  My complete kitchen remodel was done in two weeks!  This included painting of cabinets, walls and trim, new quartz countertops, new marble backsplash, new can lights and under cabinet lighting, new sink and faucet, new island and new kitchen flooring.
Leo always communicated in a timely fashion so I knew what was going to happen each day of the project.  Leo and his team always cleaned up each day.
I would definitely use him for any future projects.

KSN is great!  Leo and his crew are very good at what they do. On time and very detailed.  Accurate cost and completion of a small project (bath) My wife picked the tile that has brightened a small second bath room with shower. It puts the rest of my house to shame. The shower Glass will be installed soon, pictures to come.

For a project that needs to be completed and done with pride

Leo and his crews completed our basement remodel. He was punctual, professional and had high standards of quality. He arrived on time and cleaned up each day. He provided an accurate timeline and adhered to the schedule. Everything was done to our satisfaction and he was great about discussing everything along the way. Cannot say enough good things about Leo and the team we worked with at KSN Construction. Unbelievably fast work without sacrificing quality or workmanship. Great counsel, partnership and advice as we selected tile and finishes, etc., and every craftsman brought into the project was excellent, efficient and professional. Also appreciated creative problem solving to help us realize our vision even when we hit unexpected (and unavoidable) snags once the walls were open. Leo also identified work that, while not essential, if taken care of now would make future renovations down the road smoother (replacing old pipes, etc.). Firstly, I must say that Leo's attention to detail was simply amazing. From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, he was professional, knowledgeable, and took great care to ensure that every aspect of the project was executed to the highest standard. It was clear that he was committed to making sure that my kitchen remodel was everything I wanted it to be and more. KSN knocked down the wall connecting our kitchen to the dining room to extend the size of the kitchen and did all installation including a 10 foot island.

One aspect of the project that particularly stands out is the tile flooring. It is simply stunning. The tiles were expertly laid out and arranged to create a beautiful and cohesive pattern. The grout lines are perfectly aligned, and the finish is smooth and polished. I've received numerous compliments on the flooring, and it's quickly become the focal point of the kitchen.

In addition to the tile work, KSN Construction also provided expert carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Everything was done to code and to the highest quality, with attention to detail that I've rarely seen in contractors. The end result is a kitchen that is not only beautiful but also functional and efficient. Leo worked with us when we had delays in materials and his flexibility went above and beyond our expectations.

Overall, I highly recommend KSN Construction for any remodeling project, particularly for kitchen remodels. We were looking for a contractor for our master bathroom remodel after finding few issues that needed an attention.  After having few previous contractors that did not complete the job correctly, we wanted to make sure we hired a reliable contractor that will complete the job correctly the first time this time.  We foud KSN Construction in Google and decided to give a call for an estimate based on the positive reviews. On our first meeting, we received an impression that he was very knowledgeable and eventually we had Leo remodel our master bathroom. From start to finish not only did he give us clear communication on each process, he also gave us clear explanation and resolution when an unexpected (minor) problem came up. He also gave us suggestions and sent us website links to purchase parts. We also enjoyed meeting Greg, who handled tiles.  Our master bathroom turned out so nicely that we had Leo also remodel our kitchen soon after.  Same experience with our kitchen again- great communication and attentive to details.  He completed and really worked hard to make our each remodeling project look great which we really appreciated.
We are now fully enjoying our remodeled master bathroom and kitchen!
